How To: Set Up Auto-Arrival

Before your appointment,download the My Rush app.

To download the app, go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Once you have the app, open it by going to your personal app library.

Login with your MyChart credentials.

If you don't have a MyChart, you cancreate one for free.

Once you've logged in,open Settings.

Activate AppointmentArrival and Push Notifications.

Depending on your device, you may need to grant permissions from your phone for location or notifications.

You can manage this later in your device settings, usually represented with a gear icon.

Once set up, you needto complete eCheck-In.Select Appointments from the main menu.

On the Appointments menu, select Future and Past Appointments.

If your appointment is within a week, you'llsee it under Next 7 Days.

Select eCheck-In  to get started.

During eCheck-In, you'llconfirm your informationand make any required co-payments.

When you arrive at theclinic for your appointment,you'll get a welcome notification.

If you don't get a notification, you can alsolet us know you've arrivedfrom the main menu.

Confirm that you've arrived from your car or outside the clinic.

If you haven't completedeCheck-In, you'll haveanother opportunity now.

Once confirmed, please wait outside or in your car.

We'll call you or send you a textwhen your room is ready and it'salmost time for your visit.
