- 1 pinch of pepper - 1 kilogram of fish - 1 onion cut into julienne - ¼ cup of coriander leaf chopped - 1 yellow pepper, minced - 1 minced chili pepper

First squeeze the 12 lemons to extract their juice, save for later. Secondly cut the fish into approximately 3 centimeter pieces. Thirdly place the pieces in the container that you are going to use to serve the dish.
