On the Drsabcd procedure the D stands for danger and when you live in australia there are alot things in that are
dangerous like animals, dangerous currents etc. so bassically there are alot of dangerous things in Australia
The response time in Australia is really good so if
you are in danger the emergancy services will be
there as quick as possible
The photo above shows Australias emergancy
services they are all very freindly people and will
help you if you need it
This photo shows the royal flying doctor service what they do is they help
people that live in rual areas of Australia where there are not many hospitals
around and they fly their patients to the nearest hospital but they are sure that
the airway is safe.
The B in the procedure stands for breathing so when someone is injured
we have to check if they are breathing because if they aren't they could
C in the procedure stands for Cpr, cpr is a procedure in dangerous situations
when someone's heart stops working and it can get their heart working again.
This is a defibrillator it is used to revive someone
so it's basically cpr just more effective so
you take of the pads then you rub them together
and then place then on the patient and they
hopefully come back to life.
