#1 - Make sure to spend plenty of time outside. Being outside can reduce stress and anxiety and provide needed vitamin D.

#2 - Another way to reduce stress is to set  time away from school and studying to do something you enjoy. It's  important to find ways to have fun, and this can greatly reduce stress.

#3 - Get enough sleep. This can be as tough a habit as any but will greatly help college student manage all their responsibilities.
