Strategy: Allowing 1-hour recess at schools that don't have it now, and/or extending the time.

improved physical, mental and cognitive health outcomes.
NPAP has a vision: "One day, all Americans will be physically active, and they will live, work, and play in
environments that encourage and support regular physical activity.
In 2018, Thailand ranked 1st in time spent per day on the internet with an average of 9 hours and 38 minutes.
But the world average being 6 hours and 43 minutes.
Prolonged sitting, particularly watching television or videos, has been associated
with increased risk of multiple diseases and mortality.
These are two different but also similar strategies to improve sedentary behaviors, as the United States, you would need to completely shut off the technology/TV show for kids.
As for Thailand, it is a more indirect approach as it is changing the routine for the children.
