The burning of fossil fuels, which is the main type of energy that's used, is contributing towards our greenhouse gases.

-Fuel Switching Using fuels that emit less CO2 such as electricity. e.g. electric cars -Improving Fuel Efficiency  Using advanced technologies to develop  fuel-efficient vehicles. e.g. hybrid & electric vehicles, that can store energy from braking for later use
