To accomplish those goals I will collaborate with stakeholders to create a vision of our school community that strives for

Equity, multiculturalism, inclusion, cross curricular instruction, rigorous academic curriculum, preparing students for the 21st century, utilizing technology, developing students skills for the workforce, and fostering contributing members of our democratic society.

Strategies and methods that will be utilized Include: Establish a professional learning community that works towards measurable goals based on our vision by analyzing student data, research, and inquiry. Create multi-classroom leadership groups that include cross-curricular teams of teachers to focus on specific aspects of our vision with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Our professional learning community will use student assessment data, demographic information, and other relevant data to close the achievement gap through targeted interventions, push-in, pull-out  services, and remediation.

Multi-classroom Leadership groups will consist of of teachers from different domains and it will provide them collaboration time to share feedback, teaching strategies, and best practices to meet their student's learning needs.

Prioritizing our goals, ensuring all of our stakeholders are involved in the decision making process, and implementation of our action plans will be key to our success.This will require meeting regularly and monitoring of our strategies.

Our stakeholders will include teachers, staff members, parents, students, administrators,  and community leaders that will meet during  our Local School Leadership Council. There they will discuss specific  action plans
