During this time, King Louis XVI makes some decisions that did not
sit well with the majority of the country, specificaly the lower class.
Besides that, King Louis hesitancy to make decisions was also scrutinized.
He was also not able to help curb spending, this might have been
his greatest downfall as King.
The Riots of the French Revolution
Due to King Louis indecisiveness, many people decided to
burn down mansions and other prominent buildings out
The people were fed up
and righfully so. They had
famine and disease.
Due to increasing violence, King Louis and Marie Antoinette have to
flee from their home. In the meantime Napolean Bonaparte is gaining popularity.

King Louis and Marie Antoinette are eventually cuaght and executed
by guillotine. The French Revolution ends and Napolean takes leadership
of France. The people are now essentially able to begin governing themselves.
