Height and Weight
We will measure how tall you are and how
much you weigh to calculate your
Body Mass Index (BMI) to
determine if you are in the
Healthy Fitness Zone.

PACER
The PACER test checks to see
how long you can run. At HES, we run
15 meters back and forth at the
sound of the beep. Your goal is to
get between 20-30 laps the next
time we test you.

The push-up measures your upper
body strength and endurance.
Complete as many
push-ups as possible
to the set counting.

The curl-up test measures your
abdominal strength and endurance.
Complete as many curl-ups as possible
to the set counting.

The Sit and Reach test measures your flexiblity
with your hamstring muscles. You will need to reach
to the specified distance on the right and left sides of your body.
