A healthy lifestyle includes activities and habits the encourage the  development of total physical, mental, and spiritual fitness, which reduces  risk of major illness.

There are several simple ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle......

1. Drink a gallon of water daily

2.  Exercise for at least 150 minutes per week

3. Make sure your plate consists of 1/2 vegetables/fruit, 1/4 protein and 1/4 starch

5. Eat fruit when craving a sweet snack

6. Avoid screens in your bedroom

7. Get 6-8 hours of sleep each night
