THE GOAL OF PERFECTION ACHIEVED
00:06
Religion is not for animals. Atheists justify their reluctance to accept religion as there are no religious codes for the vegetable and the animal kingdom. There are among men who have only reached up to the level of the animal in their inner evolution. These kind of men will have little regard for higher values or any quest for the Supreme.
00:36
With integration of the mind and intellect, we can soar higher in our evolution, and a wider vision of life unfolds. When the subtle minds grows to a universal vision we can see life as a whole. We can appreciate the highest potentiality for perfection or godhood. This, man can achieve in this very life through an intelligent process of self integration and meditation. He thus views the differemt expression of life as (a) the inert stone life; (b) the plant life; (c) the animal life; and (d) the man life.
01:23
In inert stone, life expresses as existence. In plant, live expresses as a greater awareness of the outer world. The animals, compared with the plants, enjoy a greater awareness of the happenings in the world outside and in a few cases awareness of the happenings within. In man, in the integrated equipment, the largest amount of ' awareness ' or ' consciousness ' expresses itself clearly illumining the happenings in the world without and the world within too.

Swami Chinmayananda says, ' In order that our mind and the intellect, body and its objects may be driven to this self-discovery to be fully aware of the pure Conscious centre in ourselves, we have appeared in the field of activity with the sorrows of life. The limitations of power, the imperfections of the world, are all encouraging whips that make us run on the road, and reach our goal earlier ".
02:41
Our sorrows are directly proportional to our identification with the matter envelopment. With the understanding that we have no connection with matter, detaching our self from it is to reach the pure and the eternal Self in us. To move away from the outer layers towards the deeper subtler layers, is to reach a point where we get the vision of the all - pervading divine oneness where distinctions of the pairs of opposites end.
03:17
Swami Chinmayananda says, " To live consciously is to fully live the life, the life that is one without a second, everywhere, throbbing in and through the different equipment in different degrees of experiences ".
03:36
Swami Chinmayananda says, " With the magic of his love, and strength and sharpness of his wisdom, he tries to erase the animalism in man to lift the entire generation to a higher pedestal of peaceful coexistence in a web of mutual love and understanding ".
