What do students need to complete on placement?

Complete 200 hours, a small scale project, and demonstrate competency areas

Plan and implement a CAMH-related project

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of 15 key skill areas

Students need to be cleared by UW before they can start placement

Tasks will depend on setting, but students should be working directly with clients

Students will need a mentor or staff member to sign timesheets

Plan and implement a CAMH-related small scale project with one or more clients

Student will design, plan, implement and evaluate a project over the placement

Students will get support from uni to plan this, and will also require mentor approval beforehand

Students will present their project in a poster conference in May 2022

Demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of 15 key skill areas related to CAMH
