#1. Plan fun activities ahead of time, so you don’t stay up on a night that you have to work early the next day

Limit drinks at social gatherings... Do not have more than one drink/hour.

Get 45 minutes of exercise 5-6 days a week

Exercise reduces levels of the body's stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol.

Tip #2: Make exercise fun! Try hiking, lifting weights, barre, hip hop classes, & cycling.
