It can be really easy to struggle from mental health, in fact most adults struggle with it!

However, most adults don’t treat these illnesses which leaves them feeling hopeless and alone.

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

So what can we do?

There are several ways to treat mental illness.

The first thing to do is recognize that there is an issue. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or something else.

Next, it’s important to receive the necessary care. This could be things like therapy or medication.

Healing may be different for everyone, so it’s important to learn what works for each person.

My first goal is to make mental health care more available for adults who are struggling in the St George area

I also want to help others create healthy habits to improve their mental health

My main objectives are to first reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues in St George

And to raise an awareness for its prevalence
