Eating healthy and exercise
is the key to living a long happy life
But wait, what does this mean?
Eating healthy and nutritious
foods with light exercise
(couple hours a week) will
make you feel happier and
give you the ability to live
Here are some
As few as 15 minutes of exercise per day may help
you achieve benefits, which could include an additional
3 years of life .
Furthermore, your risk of premature death may
decrease by 4% for each additional 15 minutes of
daily physical activity
A recent review observed a 22% lower risk of early death in individuals
who exercised — even though they worked out less than the recommended
150 minutes per week .
People who hit the 150-minute recommendation were 28% less likely to
die early. What’s more, that number was 35% for those who exercised
beyond this guidance
Finally, some research links vigorous activity to a 5% greater reduction
in risk compared to low- or moderate-intensity activities
This case study proves that exercise
can extend your life as much as 35%!!!
Whole (unprocessed) diets higher in plant foods,
healthy forms of protein and fats
are consistently associated with better mental health outcomes.
These diets are also high in fiber, which is essential for
gut microbiota. We’re increasingly understanding
that the gut is really the driver of health,
including mental health, so keeping fiber intake
high through the consumption of plant foods is very important.
By having a diet
high in healthy
proteins and fats,
will increase as
these foods are
linked to better
This was Anthony Lopez
"So when I first started going to the gym,
the workouts I was doing were super simple,
it was all bodyweight stuff. Simple push ups
using my knees, a lot of band work, some
kettlebells, a lot of ropes. And I didn't do fast
food. I started eating chicken, fish, and vegetables.
I realized that food is to give me energy so
I can crush it during the day, it's not to indulge
myself and then go sit down and lay down
and fall asleep and do nothing.
THIS IS ANTHONY NOW AFTER HARD WORK
AND DEDICATION TO LOSE WEIGHT
"I'd always wanted to try
mountain biking, but even when I first started losing weight, I
was 100 percent too big.
However, by the time I got down to the high 400s, I was probably
still a little too big, I still had weight to
lose, but I felt a million times better. So I felt like it was possible
. I got a mountain bike, started pedaling, and haven't looked back.
I was so excited, and I just fell in love with mountain bike riding.
I was riding all through Covid; while the gyms
are closed, I was pedaling four or five times a week, putting a
minimum of 10 to 15 miles on my bike every single time I went out".
