The word ‘communication’ is derived from the Greek word communis meaning ‘to make common’, it involves sending and receiving information in form verbal and non-verbal signs and symbols. It is a two way interactive process of communicating TO people and learning how to interpret information received FROM people.

Communication encompasses all human behavior that results in an exchange of meaningful and its structure can be one to one direction and one- to- many, communication can be done in different forms which could be words, attitudes and actions, and it can involve all the five senses. Communication may be regarded as a social process along which participants interact, sharing information and mutually constraining their evolution.
