Sang is our Team’s TRIM Tab
The TINY rudder that
RESETS the MAIN Rudder
Source of direction that guides
team growth capacity
00:52
Sang observes and notices RISKS BEFORE engaging
00:55
Sang’s Nugget: The importance of checklists.
Patrick’s gain: It prevents me from engaging in fatal errors
00:58
Sang’s Nugget: The importance of having criteria, a clear vision, and a desired outcome before
starting a project. Ale’s application: Having this in mind in the graphic projects I am involved in
makes it easier to work and reduces edits as from the beginning the desired outcome is framed.
01:06
Sangeetha's modelling: Leaving meeting to prioritize completing bottleneck of formula.
This spoke VOLUMES to me. Found myself asking on a call last week "shall I get off now and
complete that bottleneck?”
01:15
Sang modelling: What does bottleneck mean? What kind of mindset it triggers. Once a bottle neck
is named, easier to complete. Sang inspires Sally to pause and connected to default mindset
- “Get it off my list” which often means time trumps quality
01:24
Sang is QUICK to Discern and Question KEY WORD interpretation
01:28
Sang’s Nugget: Understanding as a team how margins for the company is created.
Patrick’s gain: This reminds me that margins doesn't equal to more gross income
01:32
Sang’s Nugget: The importance of effective communication which is key to the team's performance.
Ale’s application: By reminding us that it's easy for people to take away different things by hearing
the same speech it makes me pay more attention and ask for clarification instead of just assuming.
01:41
Sangeetha's modelling: Impossible to I'm possible "Getting formula working is impossible, so much
I don't know" to "breaking it down into parameters like what doesn't work, having a time block" has
allowed me to break stuff down when it is IMPOSSIBLE and I have no clue where to start ...
"what's one thing I can do? I can track it - ask for error check of my tracking. SO much better than me
doing nothing because "it's IMPOSSIBLE"
01:59
Sang modelling: When embarking on new project, must be clear as a team what is ACCEPTABLE
and UNACCEPTABLE criteria before initial start. Be clear on vision and desired outcome
Sang inspires Sally to pause and expand my point of view from ME to WE. As a team, are the gears
working together? Totally different ball game
02:09
Sang recognizes when her MINDSET is limiting her,
and recalibrates in LIGHTNING speed
02:13
Sang’s Nugget: What kind of roles need to be quickly bridged in people's absence.
Patrick’s gain: It notifies me that people's absences, no matter scheduled absence or
sudden absence do exist. BTI needs to have an effective way to face them
02:21
Sang’s Nugget: No business works without a clear understanding of its costs and margins. Although
I am not involved right now in the admin side of things, by reading Sang's nuggets about this subject
it reminds me that business is business and we are here to make sure business is profitable
otherwise we wouldn't have a team to work with.
02:34
Sang modelling: Mindset shift from "Staying out of Gift Box Arena - doesn't concern me" to being
able to apply the Big Picture in 30 min!!! WOW! - This is supporting me in going from "Sales
Calculator and Quality Sales - stay OUT, don't touch, you'll wreck it" to "What is the Big Picture of
Sales Calculator / Manual Sales Calculator ... can I practice Big Picture before DOING anything"
02:51
Sang modelling: “Can’t herd cats - waste of time, Can tame lions”
- Love this! Sang doesn’t give opinions. This reminded me how easy I can create chaos for the team.
Knowing I care a lot, I am committed to mind set training and align my weakness with my brilliance.
03:13
Thank you SANG for being a Frontrunner
learning with and from others
- In ways that inspire us to
Stand on each other’s shoulders!
