Supernova
00:18
Many people believe that a supernova is a nuclear exploded star. But that is just an opinion. Here's what I know.
00:28
A star lasts about 10,000,000 years before the star no longer have more fuel, and the gravity then got weak and explodes.
00:41
The Star gets bigger and the gravity gets stronger.
00:58
Each day, the star loses 350 billion tonnes. The mass is gone, and the gravity loses hydrogen.
01:04
Once the core has turned to iron, it can burn no longer. The star collapses by its own gravity and the iron core heats up. The core becomes so tightly packed that protons and electrons merge to form neutrons.
