Myth 1: Alcohol relieves stress Truth: Alcohol can actually exacerbate stress Myth 2: You can build up a tolerance to alcohol Truth: All that can happen is you feeling less drunk Myth 3: Some alcohol will get you less drunk than others Truth: This is somewhat true, but don't rely on it to keep you from getting drunk
