Identify and Acknowledge- Once you identify symptoms and see a pattern, seek out help.

2) Avoid alcohol and drug use-  can worsen anxiety. If addicted, withdrawal can also make it worse.

3) Stay Active: Engage in exercises  or some physical  activity.

4)Take time and care for yourself- Take time for yourself each day. 15-20 minutes a day can make major improvements.
