Something we would like you to rememberI discovered the tortilla during a study trip to Andalusia. All the dinners in the restaurants, we had gazpacho and tortilla. I liked it, but when I came back to France, I never cooked a single tortilla. In the last few years I have eaten it twice. The first time with my cousin, as an aperitif. The second time, Dorothée, my friend with whom I work on my personal project, prepared it to celebrate her return to France after a year in Spain. I wanted her recipes but I never thought of asking for it.
