1- Seep preparation and participation constant nightmares and dreams about the house fire which interferes with sleep and rest. Difficulties falling asleep again after being awakened by the nightmares. Consequently limiting his performance on daily activities due to lack of energy and frequently feeling sleepy.

2- Social participation/ social skills: His anxiety and fears interfere with his social participation 3- School participation: the lack of sleep and rest along with the anxiety and flash backs from the event interfere with Charles ‘ability to focus and keep up with with academic schedule

Occupation-based outcomes The OT along with the parents and Charles will work on: 1- identification of copying strategies to manage his anxiety in order to provide opportunities for positive social interactions. 2- create a sleep schedule and identify preferred relaxation techniques to practice before bed to facilitate sleep participation to improve concentration during school tasks
