Unhealthy habits like smoking and vaping can cause serious damage to your digestive process because it can cause heartburn, peptic ulcers, and liver disease and maybe cancer. Smoking also increases risk of other diseases like Cronh’s disease, gallstones, and pancreatitis. Vaping can cause nausea, vomiting, and even abdominal pain. Unhealthy food can cause obesity and not exercising can cause stomach bloating.

Vaping can reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood by 20% and make the valls of blood vessels stiff and harder, this is also a sign for cardiovascular diseases. Smoking is also no less they raise blood pressure and heart rate tightening blood vessels in the skin and less blood is carried to the body parts while doing exercise. Eating Unhealthy food can cause plaque to build up in your arteries which can lead to heart attack. Not exercising just makes things worse.
