Stay off media, TV, movies and videogames can be difficult to walk away from.

EXERCISE! This is a great break. Take a walk or check out GoNoodle for an indoor activity.

Do some ART. Take some time to draw or color a picture or check out some resources below!

Get Interested

Get interested, if you are excited about what they are learning so will your student.
