How to Best Handle Stress
02:25
1.It is important to recognize stress 2.Learn what your triggers are. Relaxation techniques can help lower blood pressure heart rate, breathing rate, oxygen consumption, and the stress hormone! Setting goals is very productive in coping with stress. The stresses in life often make us feel like we are out of control, so setting goals & reaching them give some stability that feels like is lacking in other places in our lives . The best types of goals to set are those involving health, school, relationships, hobbies, and career.
