00:19
How to fill in my timesheet ?
00:20
Once I have completed the first tab of the Excel file on which my timesheets are, I just have to indicate the time I spent per month on each IO, indicating the following elements : Date Time ( in days, so 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 or 1 for one day) Place Remarks = detail of what I have done during the time I am declaring
00:38
And when do I fill in my timesheets ?
00:40
Every 9 months or so, Marguerite will ask for them. She will also give you an estimate of how many days you should declare per IO and for each activity inside the IO
00:47
And now, what is better than a short exercise to make sure everyone understood ?
00:51
You have to fill in the timesheets for two persons : one is named Christina Xey. She has work on the IO1 during 2 days and a half in October 2020 on the design of the surveys the other one is called Victor Reign. He also worked on the IO1, but on the translation. He worked for only half a day. Both pertain to the organisation IMAGINATION the name of their project is EXAMPLE
