We are seeking a talented and experienced Communication Manager to join our team. Based in our Ghent office, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling, enterprise-focused content and communications to support our sales and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain sales and marketing content to enable our channel partners to be successful with their Moovly-based offerings.
    • Establish and enhance relationships with our channel partner’s sales and marketing leadership.
    • Create and manage website content for enterprise audiences, effectively communicating our brand message and solutions.
    • Develop and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms, with a focus on enterprise customers.
    • Monitor and engage in social media conversations
    • Manage our online community, fostering a supportive and interactive environment for partners, clients and end users.
    • Provide pre- and post-sales content, including scripts for explainer and marketing

Requirements:

    • Excellent written English language and copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail 
    • Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent experience
    • Experience in communication management and content creation, preferably within an enterprise context.
    • Good understanding of social media platforms, tools and engagement strategies for enterprise audiences.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team. Based in our Ghent office, you will be pivotal in enabling our partners to succeed with our enterprise-focused solutions, providing top-notch onboarding and sales enablement, supporting them in key customer deals, and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

    • Enable partner sales teams with resources, training, and tools to effectively sell our enterprise-focused solutions.
    • Drive partner sales results by putting the necessary initiatives in place to ensure their success.
    • Provide dedicated support to partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and implement new, improved processes.
    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, working closely with company management to expand our network.
    • Assist partners in demonstrating our solutions to their enterprise end clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
    • Proven experience in partner management, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally within the enterprise sector.
    • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and dynamics, with a track record of driving partner success and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within enterprise environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
    • A great communicator and capable project manager

We’re hiring: Senior Frontend developer

Moovly is a scale-up SaaS company that has made it its mission to enable everyone to create video content. The cloud-based Moovly platform allows its users to create engaging product or explainer videos for social media, professional looking advertising videos and even allows you to turn your videos into lively conference presentations. By making it affordable, simple and intuitive, Moovly democratizes the video creation process and makes sure anyone can create an impressive video. Moovly is looking for an experienced front-end developer to help drive the growth of its video creation platform with state-of-the-art front-end features. Based in Ghent, you’ll be a member of the team responsible for the development and support of the Moovly user features and applications.

Your Role –  Frontend Developer

    • You’re contributing to the development of creative online video applications
    • You convert complex multimedia effects (animations, motion graphics, video filters…) to easy, user-friendly tools and steps
    • You develop end-user features and interfaces in the front-end web environment
    • You use innovative, state-of-the art web technologies, you closely follow their evolution and have the flexibility to introduce cutting edge technologies

What we’re looking for

  • Strong JavaScript knowledge and React.js
  • Experience with React native and Pixi.js is a plus
  • Familiar with GIT(hub) and no fear of getting your code peer reviewed
  • Strong interest in UI/UX design
  • Knowledge to make well-founded decisions regarding architecture
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Maturity, curiosity, respect, flexibility, and ownership
  • Team player not afraid to help out, or ask for help
  • Based in Belgium
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
