We are looking for a motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team. Based in our Ghent office, you will be pivotal in enabling our partners to succeed with our enterprise-focused solutions, providing top-notch onboarding and sales enablement, supporting them in key customer deals, and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

    • Enable partner sales teams with resources, training, and tools to effectively sell our enterprise-focused solutions.
    • Drive partner sales results by putting the necessary initiatives in place to ensure their success.
    • Provide dedicated support to partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and implement new, improved processes.
    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, working closely with company management to expand our network.
    • Assist partners in demonstrating our solutions to their enterprise end clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
    • Proven experience in partner management, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally within the enterprise sector.
    • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and dynamics, with a track record of driving partner success and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within enterprise environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
    • A great communicator and capable project manager
